Today, Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at 9:00 PM (Spanish time), HM Televisión presented the trailer for  Christ the King and His Sacred Heart.” The full production will be released free of charge on the network’s YouTube channel on November 16, 2025, at 9:00 PM.

A docudrama on the centenary of Christ the King

The launch coincides with the centenary of the proclamation of the solemnity of Jesus Christ the King, instituted by Pope Pius XI in 1925. This date also commemorates the renewal of the consecration of the human race to the Heart of Jesus, initiated by Pope Leo XIII after receiving revelations from the nun Sister Mary of the Divine Heart.

History and theology on stage

The documentary explores the relationship between Christ the King and the Heart of Jesus. It addresses the biblical and theological foundations of Christ’s kingship and shows how the Kingdom of God has spread throughout the centuries.

Through dramatized scenes, the life of Sister Mary of the Divine Heart is narrated, the nun who received the revelation that would consecrate the world to the Sacred Heart. It also examines the ideologies that seek to supplant her reign and how to allow Christ to govern our lives.
