An evening of art and fraternity
At 6:00 PM, the doors of St. Peter’s Colonnade opened to welcome the public for an evening of voices and testimonies interspersed with top-notch artistic performances. Among the performers were Andrea Bocelli, Pharrell Williams accompanied by the Voices of Fire gospel choir, John Legend, Il Volo, and the Diocese of Rome Choir under the direction of Maestro Marco Frisina, as well as Colombian singer-songwriter Karol G and other prominent artists.
The show wasn’t limited to just music: more than 3,000 drones and a set of aerial lights recreated images inspired by the frescoes of the Sistine Chapel, creating a magical atmosphere that illuminated the dome of St. Peter’s and left an indelible impression on those in attendance.
