“The Pope had a peaceful night, he is resting,” reports the Holy See Press Office in its communication to journalists this Monday morning, March 10, 2025.

Later, the Press Office has specified that after waking up, the Pope has resumed his therapies, including respiratory and motor therapies. After the non-invasive mechanical ventilation of the night, he has gone on to receive high-flow oxygenation with nasal cannulas.

This morning he also followed the spiritual exercises of the Roman Curia, which began yesterday afternoon in the Paul VI Hall, on video from his chair, and was thus able to join the participants spiritually. Then, at 6 p.m., again in the Paul VI Hall, there will be a Rosary for the Pope’s health.
