Juan Carlos Carredano, Mexican producer and CEO of CCC of America, had the honor of personally greeting Holy Father Leo at the Vatican and presenting him with the first official copy of the only animated film of its kind about the new saint, Carlo Acutis.  Pope Leo, visibly pleased, expressed his gratitude for the gesture, inviting everyone to continue sharing these kinds of stories in the media. After the greeting, he extended his greetings and thanks to all those who made this project possible. This historic moment reflects our profound desire to bring the luminous witness of this “influencer of God” to the heart of the Church and to the entire world.

Before the hearing, another copy was also given to the parents of the newly named Saint. His mother, Antonia, moved and, eagerly awaiting the completion of the project, expressed her deep gratitude and shared valuable ideas for continuing to pass on her son’s legacy.

This project was made possible through a collaboration between CCC of America and the Augustine Institute, institutions committed to evangelization and promoting values ​​in the media.
