This afternoon, at the Synod Hall, the Holy Father Francis opened the work of the 77th General Assembly of the Italian Bishops’ Conference (C.E.I.), taking place in the Vatican from today until 25 May 2023, with the theme “Listening to what the Spirit is saying to the Churches. Steps towards discernment”.
