In a world marked by speed and multiple voices, Pope Leo XIV has repeatedly emphasized the urgency of rediscovering truth and the importance of a profound spiritual life. In recent messages, the Pontiff highlighted how a culture devoid of truth can become a tool of manipulation and the need for prayer and listening as paths to discerning the divine voice.

Addressing the Augustinian Sisters, “Servants of Jesus and Mary,” Leo XIV firmly warned of the dangers of a “culture without truth”. In his words, this becomes an “instrument of the powerful,” capable of confusing and diverting consciences in favor of worldly interests such as the market, fashion, or success, rather than liberating them.
