Exaudi Institute and the Perspectives of Work Foundation launch an online course on professional virtues

Exuadi Institute, in partnership with the Fundación Perspectivas del Trabajo (Work Perspectives Foundation), is launching its academic offerings with the Online Course in Professional Virtues, designed for individuals seeking career advancement and a stronger commitment to serving society. “At the Fundación Perspectivas del Trabajo, we believe it is essential to re-evaluate the value of work for its importance to human beings and to inspire people to strive for continuous improvement in their work. The course we are presenting today in collaboration with Exuadi Institute provides the necessary skills and virtues to become better professionals,” says Javier Ramos, director of the Fundación Perspectivas del Trabajo.

The course, developed in collaboration with professors from the University of Navarra, consists of three modules:

  • Knowing yourself to manage yourself.  Any personal growth must begin with self-knowledge. To improve as professionals and to manage ourselves, the first thing we must do is know ourselves; to know our strengths and weaknesses. In this way, we can correct what we deem necessary, but above all, we can enhance what we are good at, because one can only build on solid ground. This module is taught by Iñaki Vélaz, PhD, and professor at the University of Navarra.
  • Time Management from a Professional Purpose Perspective In this module, we want to give you some tips and tools to improve your time management, so you can make the most of it. We’ll highlight the importance of effective time management, as the difference between a good and a bad professional lies in how they manage their time. However, time management isn’t about being able to do many things, but about doing them meaningfully, and that can only be built from a personal purpose, with clear priorities to which you dedicate time. Javier Ramos, director of the Fundación Perspectivas del Trabajo (Work Perspectives Foundation), and Javier Antón, professor at the University of Navarra, are the instructors.
  • Effective Communication In our daily work, we are constantly communicating with others. We communicate by speaking in person, by phone, by sending letters or documents, by email, and with videos. All these forms of communication have their own rules. Communicating well is fundamental if we want to be good professionals, and effective communication can and should be learned. In this module, we offer some ideas that can help you improve your communication skills. Javier Ramos and Antonio Virgili, PhD in Public Communication from the University of Navarra, teach the classes.

The first edition of the online course will begin on November 1st, lasts 20 hours and costs €150.
