Altum Faithful Investing received authorization to operate as a securities agency on January 9, 2026. This milestone consolidates the entity’s trajectory and responds to the demand for investment consistent with the Catholic faith.

In this new stage, Altum wants to express the meaning of this step in three dimensions:

1. Strength: Altum’s status as a Securities Agency strengthens its institutional position by operating within the regulatory framework applicable to this type of entity. This includes enhanced requirements for corporate governance, internal control, regulatory compliance, risk management, and conflict of interest resolution, in line with industry standards. This institutional strength contributes to ensuring rigorous and prudent financial advice, helping investors make decisions consistent with the Social Doctrine of the Church and, therefore, reinforcing Faith-Based Investing within the financial sector.

2. Accessibility: Seeking universal access to  Faithful Investing, Altum’s status as a Securities Agency will allow it to expand its capacity to offer investment solutions consistent with the Social Doctrine of the Church to a wider audience, making it easier for more families and professionals to align their savings and investments with their faith.

3. Freedom: Considering freedom as the ability to choose good and order it to God, expanding the range of financial products makes the investor who seeks fidelity to the Gospel in their investments freer.

Furthermore, Altum strengthens its ability to promote responsible investor participation in the companies in which it invests, including the exercise of voting rights at general meetings  (Proxy  Voting), in accordance with   Altum’s Proxy Voting Policy    based on  Altum’s Investment Guidelines.
