A scene of colorful flowers and plants from Italy and Holland will beautify St. Peter’s Square and the Vatican Basilica this year on the occasion of Holy Week 2024. The Governorate of Vatican City State reports on the provisions and, in a press release, emphasizes that “during the Easter Vigil floral decorations will be created thanks also to the contribution of florists professors at the Naklo Biotechnology Center in Slovenia” and that, “in the light and joy of the Risen Christ, the solemnity After Easter, on Sunday, March 31, St. Peter’s Square will be an immense multicolored garden, with thousands of flowers and plants from Holland. Floral decorations for Palm Sunday and Holy Week
