Pope at Gemelli: Quiet night for the Pope
Pope Francis is still resting after a quiet night. Here is the update on the health of the Pontiff released this morning, March 6

The night passed quietly, the Pope is still resting. These are the updates on the state of health of Francis, hospitalized at the Gemelli Polyclinic in Rome since February 14, released this morning, March 6, by the Press Office of the Holy See.
After waking up, the Pope continued with his therapies, including active motor physiotherapy. As planned, after non-invasive mechanical ventilation during the night, in the morning he returned to high-flow oxygenation with the use of nasal cannulas.
Last night’s medical bulletin reported stable conditions with no episodes of respiratory failure. As planned, the Pope would have resumed non-invasive mechanical ventilation during the night, after having received high-flow oxygen therapy during the day. The Pope is cooperating with his therapies and his spirits remain good. Doctors have noted that he has had no seizures in the past two days, but given the complexity of his clinical picture, they have kept his prognosis reserved.
