Come spiego nel Prologo, inizialmente doveva intitolarsi\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u2018Leading is Serving<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u2019, ma alla fine ha prevalso l\u2019idea dell\u2019azienda come comunit\u00e0 di persone.\u201d Cos\u00ec iniziava il post sul blog di Antonio Argando\u00f1a in cui annunciava il suo nuovo libro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Il titolo rispecchia fedelmente il contenuto, ha continuato, e chi tra voi mi ha seguito negli ultimi anni ritrover\u00e0 molte idee gi\u00e0 espresse in precedenti pubblicazioni e, naturalmente, su\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/blog.iese.edu\/antonioargandona\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">questo blog<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0Il libro ha 331 pagine, 16 capitoli e un epilogo. Il business \u00e8 una comunit\u00e0 di persone che servono altre persone, soddisfacendo al contempo i propri bisogni personali<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> .<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Nel libro, scopriamo che il professor Argando\u00f1a predilige la definizione di azienda data da un manager di lunga esperienza,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/es.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Gianni_Agnelli\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Giovanni Angelli<\/span><\/span><\/strong>\u00a0<\/em><\/a><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> :\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">&#8220;Un&#8217;azienda \u00e8 composta da persone con storie diverse, culture diverse, inclinazioni diverse, aspirazioni diverse, lavori diversi\u2026 E tutte queste persone, di et\u00e0 e culture diverse, con lavori diversi, devono compiere il miracolo di lavorare insieme affinch\u00e9 i risultati dell&#8217;azienda siano adeguati. Oggi e domani. Perch\u00e9 un&#8217;azienda \u00e8 un&#8217;entit\u00e0 vivente, con\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><i><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">una vocazione alla continuit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/i><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , e sono le persone, non le macchine, la tecnologia o il capitale, a guidarla per tutta la sua vita. La continuit\u00e0 dell&#8217;organizzazione richiede redditivit\u00e0.&#8221;\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/em><b><\/b><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Lo scopo o la missione \u00e8 la\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><i><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">ragione<\/span><\/span><\/i><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0d&#8217;essere dell&#8217;azienda, il suo obiettivo ultimo, ci\u00f2 che coloro che la gestiscono e vi lavorano desiderano che sia.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0(&#8230;) Lo scopo \u00e8 il contributo che l&#8217;azienda apporta alla societ\u00e0 attraverso i suoi membri, &#8220;le persone che lavorano in azienda&#8221;. Non \u00e8 un desiderio riguardante la sua posizione relativa rispetto ad altre aziende. (&#8230;)<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Qual \u00e8 il beneficio che dovrebbe essere massimizzato?<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u00abCi\u00f2 che non \u00e8 giustificabile\u00bb, afferma il professor Argando\u00f1a, \u00ab\u00e8 che l&#8217;azienda debba essere gestita\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">sempre<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> per ottenere \u00a0il\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">massimo<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0profitto possibile, n\u00e9 che debba essere gestita secondo l&#8217;\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">interesse<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> esclusivo \u00a0dei suoi proprietari (&#8230;) Il profitto \u00e8 come respirare: se non si respira non si pu\u00f2 vivere, ma la missione di una persona non \u00e8 respirare\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">L&#8217;importante \u00e8 che i manager prendano sempre le loro decisioni tenendo conto delle tre dimensioni rilevanti:\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">l&#8217;efficacia<\/span><\/span><\/em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0o\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">redditivit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , necessaria in un&#8217;attivit\u00e0 economica;\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><em><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">l&#8217;attrattivit\u00e0<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> , affinch\u00e9 le persone si sentano sempre benvenute e abbiano l&#8217;opportunit\u00e0 di crescere;
