Tuttavia,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">prestano poca attenzione al loro mondo interiore, ai loro bisogni fisici e soprattutto ai loro bisogni psicologici e spirituali.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Spesso, con il passare degli anni e la diminuzione della resistenza allo sforzo dovuta all&#8217;et\u00e0, iniziano a manifestarsi segni e sintomi di stanchezza cronica che,\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">in molti casi, influiscono sul loro benessere fisico sotto forma di mal di testa, astenia, insonnia, mal di schiena, disturbi digestivi, pressione alta e un lungo eccetera.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Come esempi illuminanti dello squilibrio tra fatica e riposo, tensione e rilassamento, attivit\u00e0 e quiete, vorrei citare tre patologie fisiche attualmente diffuse in Occidente: <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u00a0burnout, fibromialgia e sindrome da stanchezza cronica.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0Queste e altre malattie, raggruppate sotto la denominazione di malattie psicosomatiche, condividono una base comune: la tensione psicologica, che diventa cronica a causa della mancanza di rilassamento o riposo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Il modo migliore per riposare \u00e8 imparare a non stancarsi eccessivamente, a non esaurirsi.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0\u00c8 altrettanto importante leggere la frase &#8220;Non rimandare a domani ci\u00f2 che puoi fare oggi&#8221; in avanti quanto al contrario; oltre a essere diligenti nel portare a termine i propri compiti, \u00e8 bene anche ripetersi: &#8221; <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Lascia per domani ci\u00f2 che non puoi fare oggi&#8221;<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> ; non sovraccaricare la giornata con pi\u00f9 di quanto tu possa gestire e\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">non rimandare a domani il riposo di cui hai bisogno oggi.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Una persona stanca tende ad essere pessimista: qualcuno che di solito \u00e8 ottimista, ad esempio, reagir\u00e0 con un&#8217;insolita apatia.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0Chi \u00e8 incline a preoccuparsi si trover\u00e0 ad avere molteplici motivi di ansia e sar\u00e0 necessario aiutarlo a capire che in quel momento non sta valutando le cose in modo obiettivo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Nella societ\u00e0 odierna, a causa del consumismo, il riposo \u00e8 percepito come una spesa<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> . Sembra impossibile riposarsi in modo semplice, in un&#8217;ottica familiare, senza costi superflui (come viaggi in luoghi esotici o lontani).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Ecco perch\u00e9\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">il riposo non \u00e8 un lusso n\u00e9 una forma di egoismo; \u00e8 una necessit\u00e0, un dovere.<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span dir=\"auto\" style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> \u00a0&#8220;Abbi cura di te&#8221;
