Tuttavia, prestano poca attenzione al loro mondo interiore, ai loro bisogni fisici e, soprattutto, a quelli psicologici e spirituali.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Spesso, con il passare degli anni, quando la loro resistenza diminuisce a causa dell&#8217;et\u00e0, iniziano a manifestare segni e sintomi di stanchezza cronica, che in molti casi colpiscono tutto il corpo sotto forma di mal di testa, debolezza, insonnia, mal di schiena, disturbi digestivi, pressione alta e molto altro.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Come esempi illuminanti dello squilibrio tra stanchezza e riposo, tensione e rilassamento, attivit\u00e0 e riposo, vorrei menzionare tre patologie fisiche &#8220;di moda&#8221; in Occidente: la sindrome da burnout, la fibromialgia e l&#8217;astenia cronica. Queste e altre patologie, raggruppate sotto la voce &#8220;malattie psicosomatiche&#8221;, hanno come base comune la tensione psicologica, che diventa cronica a causa della mancanza di rilassamento o riposo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Il modo migliore per riposare \u00e8 imparare a non stancarsi, a non esaurirsi. \u00c8 altrettanto importante leggere al contrario la frase &#8220;Non rimandare a domani quello che puoi fare oggi&#8221;. Oltre a essere diligenti nel portare a termine le cose, \u00e8 anche bene ripetersi: &#8220;Rimanda a domani quello che non puoi fare oggi&#8221;. Non appesantire l&#8217;oggi con pi\u00f9 di quanto tu possa fare e non rimandare a domani il riposo di cui hai bisogno oggi.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Una persona stanca tende a essere pessimista: chi \u00e8 normalmente ottimista, ad esempio, reagir\u00e0 con una strana apatia. Chi tende a preoccuparsi vedr\u00e0 le proprie preoccupazioni moltiplicarsi e avr\u00e0 bisogno di essere aiutato a capire che al momento non sta vedendo le cose in modo obiettivo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Nella societ\u00e0 odierna, a causa del consumismo, il riposo \u00e8 visto come una spesa. Sembra impossibile riposare in modo semplice e familiare, evitando spese inutili (viaggi in luoghi esotici o lontani).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Pertanto, il riposo non \u00e8 un lusso o una forma di egoismo; \u00e8 una necessit\u00e0, un dovere. &#8220;Prenditi cura di te&#8221;, a volte amici e familiari dicono quando ci salutiamo: ci ricordiamo a vicenda che la nostra salute \u00e8 un dono di Dio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Per imparare a riposare, consiglio un libro molto pratico e ricco di consigli utili: &#8220;Imparare a vivere il riposo&#8221; (EUNSA, 2011). L&#8217;autore \u00e8 il Dott.
