Sin embargo,\u00a0<strong>apenas prestan atenci\u00f3n a su mundo interior, a sus necesidades f\u00edsicas y, sobre todo, a sus necesidades psicol\u00f3gicas y espirituales.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Spotify Embed: Aprender a descansar\" style=\"border-radius: 12px\" width=\"100%\" height=\"152\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/open.spotify.com\/embed\/episode\/6cUNom7ubOYsmVJ0NOIkrR?si=aaca346e600a499a&amp;utm_source=oembed\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Con frecuencia, al cabo de los a\u00f1os, cuando su resistencia al esfuerzo disminuye por la edad, empiezan a presentar signos y s\u00edntomas de cansancio cr\u00f3nico que,\u00a0<strong>en muchos casos, afectan a su esfera corporal en forma de cefaleas, astenia, insomnio, dolores de espalda, molestias digestivas, hipertensi\u00f3n arterial y un largo etc\u00e9tera.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Como ejemplos esclarecedores de la falta de equilibrio entre cansancio y descanso, tensi\u00f3n y relajaci\u00f3n, actividad y reposo, me gustar\u00eda citar tres enfermedades f\u00edsicas que est\u00e1n \u201cde moda\u201d en occidente:<strong>\u00a0el s\u00edndrome de estar quemado (\u00abburn-out\u00bb), la fibromialgia y la astenia cr\u00f3nica.<\/strong>\u00a0Estas y otras enfermedades, agrupadas bajo el ep\u00edgrafe de enfermedades psicosom\u00e1ticas, tienen como base com\u00fan la tensi\u00f3n ps\u00edquica, que se hace cr\u00f3nica por falta de relajaci\u00f3n o descanso.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La mejor manera de descansar es aprender a no cansarse\u00a0excesivamente, a no agotarse.<\/strong>\u00a0Tan importante es leer la frase \u201cNo dejes para ma\u00f1ana lo que puedas hacer hoy\u201d del derecho como del rev\u00e9s; junto a la diligencia para hacer las cosas, es bueno decirse tambi\u00e9n: \u201c<strong>deja para ma\u00f1ana lo que\u00a0no\u00a0puedas hacer hoy\u201d<\/strong>; no cargues el hoy de m\u00e1s de lo que puedes hacer, y\u00a0<strong>no dejes para ma\u00f1ana el descanso que necesitas hoy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Una persona cansada tiende a ser pesimista: quien habitualmente es de talante optimista, por ejemplo, reaccionar\u00e1 con una apat\u00eda extra\u00f1a en \u00e9l.<\/strong>\u00a0A quien tiene una tendencia a preocuparse se le multiplicar\u00e1n los motivos de inquietud y habr\u00e1 que ayudarle a ver que en ese momento no ve las cosas con objetividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>En la sociedad actual, debido al consumismo, el descanso se concibe como un gasto<\/strong>. Parece que no se puede descansar de manera familiar y sencilla y evitando gastos innecesarios (viajes a lugares ex\u00f3ticos o lejanos).<\/p>\n<p>Por eso,\u00a0<strong>el descanso no es un lujo ni una forma de ego\u00edsmo;
