The Pope will preside in the Apostolic Palace at the Third Hour and the public Consistory for the date of canonization, in addition to Acutis, also Manuel Ruiz López and seven companions; the lay martyrs Francesco, Mooti and Raffaele Massabki; Giuseppe Allamano, founder of the Consolata Missionaries; Marie-Leonie Paradis, founder of the Little Sisters of the Holy Family; Elena Guerra, founder of the “Sisters of Saint Zita”

On Monday, July 1, 2024, at 9:00 a.m., in the Consistory Hall of the Vatican Apostolic Palace, the Holy Father Francis will preside over the celebration of the Tertia and the ordinary public Consistory for the canonization of the Blessed:

Manuel Ruiz López and seven companions, of the Order of Friars Minor, and Francisco, Mooti and Raffaele Massabki, lay faithful, martyrs;

Giuseppe Allamano, priest, founder of the Institutes of the Missionaries of the Consolata and the Missionary Sisters of the Consolata;

Marie-Léonie Paradis (born: Virginie Alodie), founder of the Congregation of the Little Sisters of the Holy Family;


Elena Guerra, founder of the Congregation of the Oblates of the Holy Spirit, known as the “Sisters of Saint Zita”;

Carlo Acutis, lay faithful.

Francisco had approved his decrees on May 23.
