The second edition of the Joaquín Navarro-Valls International Award for Leadership and Benevolence is scheduled for July 8 in Rome. Organized by the Biomedical University Foundation, this event will highlight outstanding figures for their leadership and significant contributions to society. With “Senior” and “Junior” categories, the award seeks to recognize those who promote human well-being and inclusion, especially among students from disadvantaged backgrounds.
The event will take place in the Sala della Protomoteca of the Capitoline Museums in Rome and will feature the participation of a distinguished jury, chaired by Federico Eichberg and composed of prominent figures such as Paolo Arullani and Bianca Maria Farina, among others. In addition to honoring the awardees, the ceremony will serve as a platform to raise funds for scholarships at the Campus Bio-Médico University of Rome, thus supporting the development of deserving and less privileged talents.
The Navarro-Valls Prize not only celebrates the legacy of its co-founder, Joaquín Navarro-Valls, but also seeks to inspire models of leadership and benevolence that promote a more inclusive and supportive society.
